My Work

I work with a range of clients to support positive health outcomes through nutritional intervention.

Clients are provided with evidence-based advice that is tailored specifically to their needs. I do not use a “one size fits all” model. I work with each individual to tailor an approach that fits with their goals, specific medical concerns and unique symptom history.

My approach recognises that a range of factors may need to be addressed to support improved health and wellbeing. This can include addressing gut health, issues with digestion and absorption, food intolerances, the variety and quality of foods being eaten and lifestyle factors.

I have a special place in my heart for working with families of children with special needs (including genetic and developmental disorders). I have seen first hand what a difference nutrition can make to supporting quality of life and optimal developmental outcomes in children who are dealing with additional challenges in life. I have personal experience with feeding difficulties that are sometimes present in children with special needs, and apply this experience to guiding parents through the potential challenges of implementing dietary change

I understand some clients may come with limited or no cooking skills, some may like to cook but are time-poor, and some may be enthusiastic cooks who love to spend time in the kitchen. I provide suggestions that are tailored to suit the circumstances of each individual.

If you like would to explore nutritional intervention to help support improvements in the health and wellbeing of yourself or your child, please reach out to make a time for a consultation. I’d be delighted to work with you.
